1. The researcher should be of Iraqi nationality and currently affiliated with an institution in Iraq.
2. In Scopus database, the researcher should be published at least 20 research papers in 2023.
3. In the SciVal database, the researcher should be at least H-index of 18.
4. Regulation of publications in the last four years
5. After applying the conditions and criteria, the top winners will be honored.
Researchers who meet the selection conditions above are nominated for the award.
